WE ARE WIEDEMAN AND SINGLETON

Established in 1925 as the successor to the Paul H. Norcross Company, a water and hydropower firm which began practice in 1906, Wiedeman and Singleton is a civil and environmental engineering firm specializing in utility and infrastructure work for municipal clients in the Southeast.

Led by a team of dedicated and trustworthy water professionals, we offer our clients unparalleled service.  To us, each client and project is unique and receives our full commitment.

OUR MISSION & VALUES

We are committed to serving our clients and our communities, while upholding the highest professional standards. We remain dedicated to providing engineering services focused exclusively on "all things water." Our staff incorporates experience, knowledge, and state-of-the-art engineering into meeting the needs of each client.
Throughout our history, we have respected our clients’ financial concerns by dedicating ourselves to a utility concept of planning and implementation in order to deliver cost-effective water and sewer services. We commit to our clients that W&S will deliver cost-effective solutions that protect the public and the environment. Further, we pledge to deliver cost-effective programs to minimize the burden on taxpayers and promote economic development opportunities.
We have been fortunate to develop a broad range of skills as a result of designing hundreds of water supply and water reclamation projects. These facilities have ranged in size from less than 100,000 gallons per day to 100 million gallons per day. We have worked for more than 150 municipalities and county governments in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. History has proven our standard of exceptional value to our clients and to our profession.
We are committed to developing the next generation of engineering talent as well as supporting the development of our profession and communities. Our program of training young engineers will continue to include a broad range of areas within our field. We will continue to support our professional organizations and technical publications.
