The Manchester Creek Outfall Sewers project spanned 4 phases of construction, and oversaw, in total, the installation of approximately 17,500 linear feet of large diameter gravity sewer. The existing sewers were subject to excessive I&I and served the largest drainage basin in the City of Rock Hill. Construction of the new sewers provided increased sewer capacity and helped to reduce I&I into the City’s collection system and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
