City of Rock Hill WTP Expansion to 36 MGD

The City of Rock Hill completed multiple phases at the City of Rock Hill WTP to increase the plant capacity from 24 MGD to 36 MGD.  The construction included a new 1.0 MG clearwell, modifications to the existing sedimentation basins and filters, a new chemical building, a new SCADA system, a new electrical building and generators, a new admin building, a new flash mix tank, architectural and landscape improvements, and a new reuse system that serves the City of Rock Hill.  In the Spring of 2018, construction will begin at the Water Treatment Plant and Raw Water Pump Station, also with the assistance of W&S, to increase the firm capacity of both locations to 48 MGD.
