W&S worked with the City of Rock Hill to complete a multi-phased project which replaced an aging 0.5 MG elevated water tank with a new larger 0.75 MG composite elevated water tank. The new tank was located adjacent to the existing tank, which was then demolished, and includes architectural improvements and amenities consistent with the adjacent cemetery. Approximately 2,600 linear feet of 16” water main was installed to connect the tank to the existing water main system. The project was constructed in multiple divisions of work and was financed with an SRF loan.
